Ceremony

Looking for a venue to host both your ceremony and reception? Add on one of our two different ceremony options.

Our North Room can accommodate up to 140 guests, while our Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests and is then flipped for your reception at the conclusion of the ceremony.

Both options include the use of our bridal suite and groom’s den, as well as a 1-hour rehearsal (date subject to availability).

What Is Included?

  • Access to the venue from 9:00am-11:00pm. If you choose to have your ceremony onsite you have access to the venue to start getting ready as early as 9:00am. Ceremony offsite? No problem. You still have access to the venue beginning at 9:00am. All receptions must end by 11:00pm (lights on and music off). You may then gather your belongings at that time and depart. You decide how to make use of your time.

  • Our Ballroom can accommodate up to 175 guests for a seated reception with an additional 50 guests seated in the adjacent Center Room.

    Our Ballroom also doubles as a ceremony option that can accommodate up to 200 guests. Once the ceremony is complete, our staff flips the room for the seated reception.

    Prefer your reception preset prior to the ceremony? Our North Room can accommodate ceremonies up to 140 guests.

  • 60” round guest tables and black chivari chairs.

  • Choice of black, white or ivory table linens.

  • Wide assortment of linen napkin colors to choose from.

  • Choose from an assortment of centerpieces and decor from our existing inventory.

  • We offer free, monthly tastings so that you may try the food and make your menu selections.

    A planning meeting to discuss all wedding related details, including timeline, linen selections, ceremony and reception setup, centerpieces, processional, vendors, and much more.

    If you are unsure of what centerpieces you like, we can schedule a centerpiece meeting to piece together different options from our existing inventory.

    Our final meeting confirms your final guest count and any planning details and selections from prior meetings and any necessary changes that need to be made. Your final guest count will then determine your final balance due.

  • Our day-of event coordinator will ensure your wedding runs smoothly. They will be with you from the moment you arrive until the end of the event. They will assist with vendor deliveries and drop-offs, keep track of your timeline, and if having your ceremony onsite - assist and coordinate both the rehearsal and day-of ceremony.

  • Our service staff are with you for the duration of the event. They will help maintain the buffet, replenish non-alcoholic beverages (water, tea, and lemonade), as well as bus tables throughout the evening.

  • Our team will setup your event based on the selections made during your planning visits and then teardown after the completion of the event. You are only responsible for the items you bring into the facility. We take care of the rest!

  • Our stationary dance floor sits positioned in the center of the Ballroom.

  • All the lighting in the Ballroom is dimmable to help set the mood for all those magical moments.

    We also provide under table lighting for your head table.

  • Although we highly recommend professional DJ services, we also offer a simple A/V system for you to use if you choose to designate a friend or family member to be your Master of Ceremonies instead.

  • Free wifi is available throughout the facility.

Looking For Something More Intimate?

  • Includes a 4-hour rental. Bridal suite and groom’s den can be added on to allow for additional time at the venue to get ready.

  • Ballroom setup for ceremony on one side and seated reception on the other. Use of the Center Room for cocktails, socializing, and drinking. The North Room is not included in this package.

  • 50 guest maximum for this package.
